How many children can attend?

Our packages include a set number of guests, with the option to add extra children for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you travel to our home or venue?

Yes! We bring the pamper party experience to your chosen location, whether that's your home, community hall, or another suitable venue.

How long do the parties run for?

Party duration varies depending on the package selected. Most parties run between 2 and 3 hours.

What is included in a pamper party?

Do the children keep anything from the party?

Yes! Depending on the package selected, children may take home items such as party bags, crafts, or other special keepsakes.

Do parents need to stay?

For younger children, we recommend that a parent or guardian remains on-site. For older children, parents can decide what level of supervision they are comfortable with.

Are your products child-friendly?

Absolutely. We use gentle, child-friendly products suitable for children's skin. If your child has allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when booking.

Do you offer themed parties?

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends and school holidays.

How do I secure my booking?

A deposit is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will discuss available options based on our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
